Hi! Welcome to my Substack. I love it here and I’d love to show you around.

First, you will be getting content regularly delivered straight to your inbox! What a relief! Neither one of us will need to go to Facebook or Instagram or even Twitter to know that I’ve written something! Phew! I might go there occasionally to try to get people to leave, but really, it will only be an occasional jaunt to the dark side.

Next, you can expect honest, real, heartfelt and funny content here. Everyone with a good attitude is welcome, and everyone else can go doom scroll on Instagram.

I am going to be writing at a minimum once a month, but likely twice. I am inspired by this new home, and with that usually comes some great flow, so I might even surprise you and hit you up 3x a month. It won’t be too much - I’ll let my intuition guide me - It’ll be just right. I promise.

No need to take your shoes off here - we’re a casual messy place, but it makes you more comfy to walk around in your socks - go for it. I want you to call this place home.
